I suppose Valkyrie in general are more of what I am aiming for. Anyone would do really. Brunhilde is the one most people know of. Type up Valkyrie in google search and there are plenty of pages on them. or Artemis since she's the goddess of the hunt. I figure she'd be fairly fit and strong. With a more real role-model in mind, Jelena Abbou is a great example.
She's very strong and in my mind, that's what a valkyrie or Artemis would look like. She's only an inch (at the most) taller than me, with a similar build (ie, bone structure). However, like the information page of this community mentioned, she represents an ideal and I don't want to look too much like her. She has to maintain a high protein diet and weight trains more than I'd ever want to. I'm also no fond on having my body fat percentage under 10% like she has.
Why You Picked Her:
Valkyrie represent strength to me. I want to get into shape, but I don't want to be thin. I want to be strong, feminine and sexy.
Where You Are Now:
I'm 5'5" (165cm) tall and about 125lbs. If I gain enough muscle, I might end up gaining weight after losing some. I can lift much weight now. I can maybe barbell squat 95 pounds (bar included) at the most, but I should be able to do at least my weight. I have a ways to go, but I'm getting there.
What Your Immediate Goal Is:
In a month I should be able to squat more weight more easily... I've been slimming down as a byproduct of weight-lifting, doing cardio, and eating a cleaner diet. I will continue this and little by little I will get stronger, more trim, and so on.
Your Strengths and Weaknesses:
I don't always make myself go to the gym. I don't always eat as well as I should. I eat too much in one sitting. I don't chew well enough. My strengths are that I have the ability to change my bad habits, I can, and have been able to change quite a bit already.
